During the recent Square Enix showcase at Tokyo Game Show, it was announced that NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139… which is the highly anticipated remake of the original game, will launch for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on April 22, 2021 in Japan and Asia, and worldwide on April 23, for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam.

Additionally, Square Enix announced it will release the upcoming mobile installment in the Nier series, NieR Re[in]carnation for iOS and Android devices in North America and Europe. Pre-registration for the Japanese version is currently available for iOS and Android via the App Store and Google Play. The App Store currently lists a release date of December 23, but that date might be subject to change.
