The first half of 2013 software sales charts have been revealed by Japanese publication Famitsu and it has emerged that Nintendo is the victor by quite a mile, as they sold 1.71 million more units than Namco Bandai.
In addition to this, other sales figures were revealed for titles such as Animal Crossing: New Leaf, New Super Mario Bros. U and Mario Party 9. When considering that these figures are exclusive to Japanese audiences, it is pretty impressive that they have been reached in six months.
Without further ado, here are the software sales charts in addition to the top three software figures for 3DS, Wii U and Wii courtesy of Nintendo Life:
