It may have come to your attention that other than a handful of titles such as LEGO City Undercover: The Chase Begins, Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D and Animal Crossing, there isn’t a whole bunch of titles even announced for the 3DS let alone coming to the platform.
It’s understandable as we slowly come up to E3-Season although it’s confusing at best when you realise we’re still a few months away and both the 3DS and Wii U seemingly have nothing in the pipeline. That may be due to change soon however if Rich George, IGN’s Nintendo Editor, is to be believed.
Yesterday evening Rich George took to Twitter and said:
“A couple weeks from now, Nintendo is hosting an all-day 3DS event of sort sort. Curious..”
Although he doesn’t give anything away about what may be announced it’s great that Nintendo could be preparing some announcements for us any time soon, they’re a long time coming and would be really appreciated!
