When Pokemon Rumble U was first announced, wallets across the globe wept as it was revealed that the Wii U (Ware/eShop?) game will support figures which share similarities to Skylanders and Disney Infinity in that when they are placed onto the Wii U GamePad they appear in the actual game.
In addition to this, Nintendo also announced that they would be releasing figures in sets to at least give you some time to withdraw your life savings in order to pay for the figures which are optional to play the game. The first set of figures were confirmed to be; Bulbasaur, Pikachu, Torchic, Piplup, Lucario and Victini.
This “first set” has been confirmed to be launching on the 24th April, a week this Wednesday, in Japan whilst the “second set” will launch on the 24th April and will include; Eevee, Mewtwo, Croagunk, Zoroark, Litwick and Genesect alongside another secret figure which is yet to be confirmed.
