The official trailer of Patch 3.1, As Goes Light, So Goes Darkness, for Final Fantasy XIV: Heavensward has gone live today in preparation of the the patch’s launch on November 10th.
Patch 3.1 will include many new additions that will directly follow the conclusion of the story in Heavensward. Some such inclusions will be a new 24-player alliance raid called “Void Ark”.
The raid will take place on a haunted vessel, and players will also be getting new Exploratory Missions that will allow them to air travel to far-off islands in search of rare gear and other items.
Also in Patch 3.1, there will be an all-new RTS attraction called “Lord of Verminion” at the Manderville Golden Saucer. This is where players will be able to utilize their minions in battle in a 1v1 setting, as well as in competitions.
Two new high-level dungeons will also be included in Patch 3.1: “Saint Mocianne’s Arboretum”
And “Pharos Sirius” (Hard).
There will also be beast tribe missions featuring the Vanu Vanu, as well as new sidestory quests, and much much more.
Final Fantasy XIV: Heavensward is available now on PC, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation 4. Again, the patch will be live on November 10th
