The Ouya will soon be in the hands of gamers as it is being shipped to Kickstarter supports on the 28th March although news has broken that the console may be facing legal issues due to the fact that the console will be offering downloadable emulators for the Nes, Snes and even N64.
This came after Ed Krassentein, a Ouya forum admin, wrote a post regarding EMUya being submitted for the consoles launch as well as SuperGNES and Mupen64Plus (no prizes are being offered for guessing which does what).
This is obviously brings up the age of debate of whether emulators are legal, something which has been debated by many internet users for what feels like an enternity.
