Have you visited Sony’s PlayStation Home recently? Granted, it might not be the most popular destination for hardcore gamers but Sony is holding out a carrot in the form of three FREE PlayStation One titles for those that visit the virtual destination in what they have called the “Quest 4 Greatness”.
Granted, it is a big promotional ploy for the PlayStation 4, the “Quest 4 Greatness” is little more than a scavenger hunt that takes around ten minutes to complete, ‘challenging’ you to collect thirteen items granting you access to some digital goodies before finally giving you three full download codes for the PlayStation One games.
The three PSOne Classics (that work on both PS3 and PSVita) are:
- Twisted Metal
- Warhawk
- Destruction Derby
So how do you get your grubby hands on the games? HotUKDeals user “Nickkelly” explains:
“To start the quest, go on to Home, go to PS4 Experience, and then go to the giant Vita in the center of the room and follow the prompts. You can get Warhawk by going back to the giant Vita, Demolition Derby by going to the giant screen to the south, and Twisted Metal for completing the quiz behind the locked door. Once you get the appropriate reward, you will be shown a code that you can enter in the PSN store to redeem. If you forgot to write down your code, there is a code redemption machine to the left side of the room where you can bring up any of your game codes.”
