After the games original delay and the shift from being a Wii U exclusive to now gracing every home console platform, Rayman Legends is coming ever closer to its final release date of August 30th in Europe and September 3rd in North America. Ubisoft has been clever with the steady flow of information being revealed, keeping gamers aware of the game and excited for the new gameplay mechanics which are sure to follow. But on top of this they have also revealed the preorder bonuses for those that do so at GameStop in the US and at Game in the UK.
The preorder bonuses change depending on which version of the game you buy, thus if you decide to purchase the Xbox 360 version you will not get the preorder bonus of the PlayStation 3 or Wii U version. Each preorder bonus is unique and sees Rayman dressed in a different costume.
We’ve listed each preorder bonus below, in addition to which platform you’ll need to dedicate your gaming money to in order to receive it. Keep in mind that it is unknown if these costumes grant characters any additional benefits although we assume this is unlikely.
- Preorder Rayman Legends on Wii U: Skin of Assassin’s Creed III: Liberation’s Aveline De Grandpre for the character ‘Barbara’
- Preorder Rayman Legends on Xbox 360: Skin of Splinter Cell’s Sam Fisher for Rayman which includes the iconic night vision goggles
- Preorder Rayman Legends on PlayStation 3: Skin of Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag protagonist Edward Kenway
