As the release date for Watch Dogs creeps a little closer and closer each day, retailers have begun taking preorders for what is sure to be a blockbuster hit when it launches later this year.
Eagle-eyed consumers however have spotted that many retailers, consisting of GameStop, Amazon and Best Buy are listing a Wii U version as well as the confirmed Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC versions.
Whilst we understand that retailers often list products that they have no inside information on, you’ve only got to look at release dates to understand that, it is interesting to see listings created when question is still being asked about if the game is coming to Nintendo’s new console.
It seems that this is just a matter of “playing dead” and waiting for news to be announced (we’re sorry, that was terrible).
