According to a report posted by VG247, Sumo Digital (the company responsible for Sonic & Sega All Stars Racing) has apparently been appointed by Sony to develop LittleBigPlanet 3.
This news comes as it is believed that both Sony and Media Molecule have decided to outsource parts of the development process to help with the creation of the third entry in Sackboy’s world due to the game already being in development for “well over a year”.
Although no exact details are given it may be that LittleBigPlanet 3 will emerge on a next-generation platform as Sony are due to announce some ‘important information’ at the end of February.
