Excitement rises as the rumors of a The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim remaster for PS4 and Xbox One gains more traction, this time in the form of a retailer listing.
As reported by IGN, an industry insider that goes by the alias Shinobi602 teased about a “remaster of sorts for something,” in a H.A.M. Podcast on Sunday. He also made similar comments about the game in a past episode of Super Deformed Gamescast.
Today, Base.com showed a product page for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim – The Definitive Edition. If this isn’t indication that the game is real, the fact that it has a release date and price might just change your mind: November 23, 2016 and $60. With mods already on Xbox One for Fallout 4, and on its way for PS4, it could be possible that Skyrim will be justified for a re-release because of mod support. Needless to say, Skyrim would be an exciting game to see come to the current generation of consoles.
Other rumors swirling around what Bethesda will show at their E3 conference include the previously-cancelled Prey 2,Wolfenstein 2, and The Evil Within 2. For more, you’ll have to come back to BagoGames on Sunday, June 12, for full details of Bethesda’s conference.
