Although UK videogame store Game have been accepting pre-orders for Sony’s next-generation console, the PlayStation 4, the morning after it was first announced it seems that more retailers are deciding to jump onto the bandwagon as supermarket Asda have announced that they are also accepting pre-orders for the new console.
Although no specific UK release date, or anywhere else for that matter, has been announced, GameStop have recently said that they expect the console to be released worldwide this holiday season.
Like Game, to reserve your console at the super market, you’ll need to put £20 down. Will you be pre-ordering from Asda or will you be waiting to hear more about the console and launch titles/services?
