Crytek’s first person, free-to-play shooter, Warface, is now in Open Beta for all Xbox Live Gold subscribers on the Xbox 360.
According to Major Nelson’s blog post today, the Open Beta will consist of three versus modes that carry over from the Closed Beta. Additionally, several maps and two new co-op settings that contain multiple mission types and difficulties will also be included. Crytek will be updating the game regularly with new content, settings and modes to keep players engaged while in the beta. Lastly, there will be daily missions which will range from beginner to expert difficulty levels.
In October 2013, Warface made it’s debut on PC, while the Xbox 360 version went into Closed Beta in early February. Like other military shoots, Warface features four playable classes: medic, engineer, rifleman and sniper.
