It’s the weekend, which means two things: 1) Everyone gets some gaming time (I hope) and 2) the first entry of this year’s Weekly Wrap-Up is coming your way. Below, you’ll find brief summaries of our top 5 stories from this week, as well as a few stories that were interesting, but weren’t quite that big to make the cut. As always, if you want to read the full story, simply click on the link hidden in the titles. If you have suggestions for future entries, feel free to email me at jeremy.tyler@bagogames.com. Ghost of Thornton Hall Going Mobile
Her Interactive the video game company that develops and publishes the point-and-click Nancy Drew mystery games has been experimenting with the mobile market. The Nancy Drew games have an extensive following with a wide age range. The series includes 29 computer games that all use puzzles, clues, and the delicate process of interrogating suspects to solve mysteries.
Many of the games are quite scary, especially played in a dark room. The scare-your-socks-off method is usually psychological. One of the most frightening games in the series, Ghost of Thornton Hall, will be released for tablets.

Lego: The Hobbit Release Date Announced
Lego video games are enjoyed by both kids and adults for the humor, gameplay and graphics. Since The Lord of the Rings had a Lego game, many Lego gamers wondered if The Hobbit would be given one and when it would be for sale. Warner Bro. has officially announced April 11 as Lego: The Hobbit game’s release. The title is coming to Wii U, 3DS, PS4, PS3, Vita, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Windows and Mac. With the game having such a multi-platform release, it leaves no excuse for Tolkien fans to skip out on the fun.
The Lego games are notorious for having multiple playable characters each equipped with a special ability, much like other RPGs. However, obtaining every single playable character is a fun challenge for game completionists. Lego: The Hobbit will only feature events from the first two released films. It leaves us wondering if there will be a second game to focus on the last movie and the ending of the trilogy.
