Update: A variety of Fallout 4 trailer screenshots are now available for your viewing pleasure.
Original Story: Fallout 4 is real – yes, you heard it here, folks. As promised to us by Bethesda yesterday, one of the industry’s most ridiculously beloved open-world RPG series is back in business and it’s coming to none other than where years of leaks have alluded to: Boston.
With its countdown clock completed, the studio officially unveiled the trailer our eyes have sought for years, showcasing some of the city’s best of times and its worst of times via you and your ever-faithful dog.

While the trailer may fall short of revealing many story details, what we can be certain of is its location thanks to the still shiny golden Boston capitol dome seen in the distance.
Fans may also recognize what sounds like the voice of actor Ron Perlman uttering his famous “war never changes” line.
Enjoy the handful of trailer screenshots below (captured on Mac.)
Fallout 4 will also be released for current-gen systems only, namely Playstation 4, Xbox One and of course, PC. It remains undated.
Naturally, Bethesda said it would be sharing more details come this E3.
To our amazing fans, we can’t wait to show you everything on June 14th at the #BE3 Showcase. Hope you can all tune in. #Fallout4
