Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus was one of my favourite games of 2017. Most importantly, it offered one of the best stories I had seen in a shooter. Anchored by great performances and solid gameplay, it makes sense that a lot of Wolfenstein II‘s Freedom Chronicles DLC is centered around other interesting characters that helps flesh out their alternate history. Starting today, players can now indulge in the second piece of Freedom Chronicles content with The Diaries of Agent Silent Death. Check out a trailer for the DLC above.
Stepping into the shoes of the titular character, Agent Silent Death, players will have access to a handful of new areas where they can flex their stealth skills. The Paragon Pictures film studio is responsible for making some of the most popular Nazi propaganda films, and your task is to infiltrate their California offices to uncover a plot brewing within the confines of the building. You’ll use your deadly skills to assassinate enemies from the shadows, utilizing stealth mechanics for even more vicious attacks.
As mentioned before, this is the second piece of content from the Freedom Chronicles DLC, which acts as a season pass of sorts for Wolfenstein II. The Diaries of Agent Silent Death follows The Adventures of Gunslinger Joe and will be succeeded by the release of the final piece of content, The Deeds of Captain Wilkins.
Let us know in the comments below whether you’ve been enjoying Wolfenstein II‘s Freedom Chronicles content and if you’re looking forward to playing The Diaries of Agent Silent Death.
