Fans of slime rejoice as Yen Press just launched the first Volume of the manga series That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime: The Ways of the Monster Nation.

The new manga series is a spin-off from the That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime light novel, which has been one of Yen Press’most successful titles. The new series features story by Fuse, author of the original That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime light novel, with artwork by Sho Okagiri and Mitz Vah.
An anime adaptation of the original series premiered in October 2018, catapulting the popularity of the series to international attention and currently streams on both Crunchyroll and Funimation. A second season of the anime series was recently announced and is scheduled to premiere later this year.
