If you’re eager to get your hands on Nintendo’s Wii U system, and you happen to be relatively close to New York, you may want to think about attending the little gathering Nintendo will be holding at Nintendo World on Nov 17th.
The event, which starts at 6pm, will feature the man himself, Reggie Fils-Aime, who will be at the event to count down the time until the system’s launch and give that one lucky person who happened to get there super early one of the first Wii Us on the market. Everyone who was brave enough to stand in line will be given ‘premium items’ and special T-Shirts with Mario on it will also be available to buy; with the money being given to the American Red Cross to help out with all the damage Hurricane Sandy caused.
You’ve got a little over a week to think about whether or not you want to attend this little standing soirée, but remember that those ‘premium items’ will probably go fast; meaning that you may want to get there at a reasonable time. Plan ahead, is what I’m telling you to do.
