Square Enix has put out a new trailer for Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII in time for E3. The trailer shows Lightning showing up thirteen days before the world is supposed to end and soon defending herself against Noel (protagonist from Final Fantasy XIII-2) and Snow, who is still around, apparently.
We also get some short scenes involving gameplay, which still shows a real-time combat system and a variety of outfits that gives Lightning different skills and attacks.
Additionally, the trailer ends with a release date for the game, confirming it to be coming to NA on February 11, 2014 and to Europe three days later (Feb 14th). With the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 set to be releasing this Fall, could we see Lightning Returns brought to next-gen?
