Xbox One owners should have a reason to get excited about some updates coming their way next week on February 11, 2014. There is going to be lots of behind the scenes updates for developers as well. One big change you will get to see is the ability to see and manage extra storage space. This will help to show how much space your content takes up and therefore will make it easier to manage that content when adding new DLC. Owners will also get to control their install lineup so they can more easily manage what’s queued for download.
The battery power indicator is making a comeback as well. Xbox One owners will be able to see it right on their home screens so they can more easily track how much battery power is getting eaten on their controllers. Users will also finally be able to use the USB keyboard with their Xbox One too.
A much bigger update is slated for March 4, 2014 and is known as “Titanfall” which is a team-based online multi-player game that will really show off what the Xbox One can do. A new party and multi-player system will be shipped out which hopes to make “Titanfall” the must have game for this “next” generation.
Also expected in the February 11th update will be better response to Kinect voice commands so that way things will become more fluid over time. Be sure to look for that improvement as well as the others mentioned earlier in the article.
