Naughty Dog’s highly anticipated The Last of Us: Remastered has had new screenshots revealed on PlayStation.Blog’s Flickr account.
Several of the new images contain both Ellie and Joel wandering through different areas in the post-apocalyptic world and the visuals are stunning. There is little doubt that Sony and Naughty Dog are intent on demonstrating the visual enhancements the critically acclaimed title has received by moving to PlayStation 4.
Earlier this week on Twitter, creative director Neil Druckmann confirmed in an exchange with Shuhei Yoshida, president of Sony’s Worldwide Studios for Sony Computer Entertainment Inc., that The Last of Us: Remastered will be running at 60 frames per second.
“@yosp: @Neil_Druckmann Can I dream of 60fps?” Solidly.

The Last of Us: Remastered is scheduled for release on July 29th exclusively for PS4.
