Xbox One Backwards Compatibility will expand its capabilities in early 2016 to support Xbox 360 titles that span multiple discs, if a tweet by the official Deus Ex Twitter account is to be believed.
For those asking: Missing Link and DXHR Director's Cut are currently not supported, but the Xbox team expect them to be early next year.

Although Deus Ex: Human Revolution has become backwards compatible with the Xbox One as of last week, many fans are interested in playing the Director’s Cut version of the game. The Deus Ex: Human Revolution Director’s Cut includes The Missing Link DLC as well as fixes to the unbalanced boss battles in the original game. The augmented nature of this version means that the game is spread over two discs.
If the information provided from Square Enix turns out to be true, gamers can look forward to compatibility with some other well-received titles, including the entire Mass Effect trilogy.
