Genshin Impact is an upcoming open-world action RPG from miHoYo, which takes players to the fantastical land of Teyvat. As the mysterious Traveler, you have to find out what happened to your lost sibling, unraveling mysteries about the land on your journey. You can explore a vast world of different cultures and terrain, as well as joining forces with a cast of diverse characters. Also, you must master the arts of elemental combat.
During Gamescom 2020, the release date for Genshin Impact for the PlayStation 4 platform was announced by MiHoYo. If you’ve seen the previous coverage we made on the game; we think it’s a pretty solid experience to get! This gaming news came with a trailer for the game as well.
The game will be a cross-platform experience, launching simultaneously on PC, Android, iOS, and PS4. Additionally, players across different platforms will be able to explore the world together in co-op. Which will make Genshin Impact one of the few PS4 titles with cross-platform multiplayer. You can also play it solo if you prefer that.
PS4 Exclusive Content
Players who purchase the game on PlayStation 4 will be treated to some exclusive gear. The Sword of Descension weapon and the Wings of Descension Wind Glider is only available to PS4 players. Both of these DLCs can be unlocked during gameplay.
