Well, I guess this is what’s happening now. Giraffe and Annika are making their way to PS4 and Nintendo Switch. Both console ports of the game are going to be published by none other than NIS America. Additionally, the release date for the console versions was revealed. The PS4 and Switch versions of the game will release on August 25 in North America; August 28 in Europe; and September 4 in Oceania.
So, are you ready to start exploring the Spica island and recover the star fragments? If so, then you’ll be happy to know that there’s also going to be $49.99 “Musical Mayhem Edition” Collector’s edition.
Giraffe and Annika for PS4 and Switch
I know, I gave it a lukewarm score during my review. However, I still believe that the adventure works as a wholesome story that can pull on your heartstrings. But, if you want a refresher, how about I give you a short overview of the game’s plot?
When a young girl named Annika awakens from a strange dream, she finds herself stranded on the mysterious “Spica Island” with no memory of how she got there. Upon exploring, she meets a boy named Giraffe, who seems to know her, and is tasked with finding three special star fragments on the island in order to unravel the mysteries of her forgotten memories.
The Musical Mayhem edition of the game will include a copy of the game; the “Songs of Spica” official soundtrack; the “Annika’s Adventure Log” art book; a “Familiar Faces” patch set; and a collector’s box.
