Publisher NACON recently shared some additional details on its upcoming hunting game Hunting Simulator 2, by way of a new trailer. The latest trailer shown below includes information on the hunting gear included in the game, which features some of the best hunting brands in real life.
Additional Details
Customization plays an essential role as using the best equipment found around the world will yield favorable results when hunting. Players will have the opportunity to choose among a wide variety of licensed weapons, accessories, and hunting outfits.
The game will also feature a whopping 61 weapons to choose from, all of which are customizable and classified into multiple different categories: bows, shotguns, bolt-action, semi-automatic and side-by-side weapons.
Each animal will require a different type of gun to hunt.
Choosing a weapon too heavy will spoil your trophy, and depending on the animal, choosing a weapon too light won’t be effective enough. This will also allow players to choose whatever gun best fits their playstyle.
Players who wish to customize their character will also have access to more than 90 clothing items from some of the best hunting brands, including:
- Weapons: Winchester, Browning, Sako, Tikka, Verney-Carron, Barrett, Bear Archery, Beretta
- Outfits and accessories: Bushnell, Kryptek, SJK, Ligne Verney-Carron, Browning, Beretta
Additionally, players will have access to a shooting range in Hunting Simulator 2 to use in practicing all available weapons in the game. This shooting range can also be used to practice against multiple scenarios you’ll face in the game to adequately prepare you for what’s to come.
If you’re looking forward to playing Hunting Simulator 2, well, you’re in luck! As pre-orders for the game are now live on Xbox One. All pre-orders will receive a pre-order bonus of the Beretta 486 shotgun, a 12-caliber side-by-side shotgun Marc Newson with unique and detailed engravings.
