Game Information
Years after the events of Saints Row 2, the Third Street Saints have essentially taken over Stilwater. After going legit and becoming a household name, their celebrity status has drawn the attention of The Syndicate.
The Syndicate is a powerful crime fraternity with pawns and assets in play all over the world. Now, they turn to the Third Street Saints and demand tribute from them. Refusing to simply abide by their demands, the player takes the fight to a city they control, a once-proud city now reduced to a shell of itself, known as Steelport.
The game has been faithfully remastered, courtesy of Sperasoft. All of its original features Everything in the game has been retextured, such as weapons and cars. Steelport’s also been greatly touched up as well, being completely retextured with over 4,000 assets update to match current-gen standards.
A lot of the visual effects have been overhauled as well, making every explosive encounter from the 2011 classic look better than before. A brand new lighting engine also takes the stage for Saints Row: The Third Remastered. In addition to all of the graphical overhauls, all of the original entry’s DLC will be included for free.
