Over 40 million adults in the U.S. suffer from anxiety, making it one of the most prevalent mental health disorders in the country. While treatments are advancing every year, the majority of people remain untreated. Yes, it’s true that nowadays, many people suffer from different mental issues. And usually, it’s more common for youth to suffer from anxiety or depression. From my own experience, I can say that it can be very complicated to fight mental health issues, and it’s better to be attentive to yourself and to your close people to avoid them.
