Daum Games has announced two new upcoming classes for Black Desert Online: Musa and Maehwa.
Both classes are primarily melee, and focus on high speed and quick reactions in order to deal rapid, constant damage to groups of enemies.
The Musa class boasts a special AoE-focused attack combo which makes it ideal for small-scale PvP. The class can charge into a small group and hit multiple enemies with each swing, or dash across a battlefield and take on opponents head-on. The Musa class seems to do best when given room to go all-out in its attacks, but this will lower the player’s defenses during combat so keeping an eye on your opponent will be key to avoid taking damage just because you were having a bit too much fun and let your guard down.
The Maehwa, as the female counterpart to the Musa class, has similar capabilities and weapons with the blade and short bow. However, while both are adept at moving quickly across the field of combat, the Maehwa specializes in one-on-one assaults. The Maehwa can lock onto a single target, and so give that one target the full damage of an attack for an extended amount of time before switching to a new combatant.
Black Desert Online will be adding these new classes starting this month on the 20th.
