PlayStation has announced the November 2017 lineup of free PS Plus games. Seven games will be available including Bound and Worms Battlegrounds. Both Bound and Worms Dimensions will be available for PlayStation 4 on November 7. R-Type Dimensions and Rag Doll Kung-Fu will be available for the PS3. Finally, for PS Vita, Episodes 1 and 2 of Broken Sword 5: The Serpent’s Curse and Dungeon Punks is available. The latter of which is available for Cross-buy for PS4 users.
Bound is a colorful platformer where you take control of a ballet dancer in the vibrant world of the game. We gave it a 6 out of 10 saying it was “extremely unique” with a “beautiful use of color”. However, the “story is extremely vague and slow” with “extremely dull gameplay”. Worms Battlegrounds is an updated version of the last gen family-friendly real-time strategy game.
As infomercials would say, but wait there’s more! As a way to celebrate the 1 year anniversary of PlayStation VR, they’re adding Until Dawn: Rush of Blood on top of the free games for PS Plus members. This will be available from November 7 until January 2… Just in time for the holiday season. So, maybe you can put a PSVR set on your wishlist, then you’ll have something to play.
The November free games will be available Tuesday, November 7 until December 5. Until then you still have time to pick up October’s free games which include Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain and The Amnesia Collection.
Overall, this looks like one of the more weaker lineups for PS Plus. It is nice to see PSVR getting some attention though. Anyway, what do you think gamers, are you picking any of these games up for yourself? Let us know in the comment section.
