Many people were shocked and surprised to finally see Nintendo embrace mobile platforms when it released its (somewhat expensive) Pokedex application for iOS devices back in 2012 but the company has decided that one simple application isn’t enough as it prepares to launch “Pokemon TV” on iOS and Android devices.
The application is free of charge and grants access to more than 50 episodes of the animated series/cartoon/anime/whatever the kids are calling it nowadays and states that it will update every week to include more content across the 15 seasons.
According to our source, the app will also include special features, trailers and even movie events in the future too! This is already due to occur between February 15th-18th as those who download Pokemon TV will gain access to the latest film in the Pokemon series: “Pokemon the Movie: Kyurem vs. The Sword of Justice” which, for those of you who are interested, is the 15th film released by the company.
Pokemon TV is available right now by the way, across all iOS devices and through the Google Play store. Happy watching!
