Somehow, some way, Deadpool’s got himself a movie coming out next year from the studio that made what we’d like to remember as “the turkey of the summer,” but this fall, you can play his game – again.
According to a post today from Gamestop on Twitter, the Merc with the Mouth is getting his 2013 licensed game ported to Playstation 4 and Xbox One this Nov. 17th which you can, of course, pre-order now.
There’s no word on whether the new versions will run or play any differently nor is there any clue if it’ll look any better on new hardware.

Developed by High Moon Studios and published by Activision, Deadpool followed the anti-hero of its namesake through a variety of nonsensical escapades, the least of which included a trip to the mutant haven of Genosha, b*tch-slapping Wolverine, and a dance with Death. All quite literally, we’re afraid. The game saw release in 2013 on Xbox 360, PC, and Playstation 3.
We didn’t have that much fun with Deadpool to be honest, we though it had some great story beats, if not a lot of taxing gameplay.
Activision most notably unearthed another of its obscurer superhero titles, Prototype, for rerelease on current-gen consoles as well as its sequel, neither of which saw a drastic visual upgrade.
