FUNimation and GameSamba are working together with Kodansha “to develop a free-to-play online role-playing game based on the Fairy Tail brand. The browser-based game will have worldwide territory rights and is expected to be released in 2015”.
It’s going to be a turn-based RPG and you become a wizard who fights with the Fairy Tail guild as they search for answers to their guild’s mysterious past. Spells can be unlocked and customized so the player can become their own Fairy Tail wizard. This game will feature guilds players can join, quests to take on and lots of challenges. Alright this is some good news.
FINALLY A GAME WILL BE MADE!!!! And i;m not talking about the previous other games, since those were released a long time ago! ! Now we can look forward to this new game and who knows…..maybe this might lead into something bigger……..maybe even a Fairy Tail video game on PS4 modelled after the naruto ninja storm games and One Piece pirate warriors games *wink wink*
Would be cool, hopefully CC2 jumps on that, they would be fools not to invest in a game and develop a game like that.
Hopefully this leads into a game for PS4 and Xbox 1, after all a lot of fans really want to have a fairy tail game on the new gen consoles.
