Whilst we all know that titles such as Call of Duty, FIFA and Just Dance are all going to feature in the top 100 best selling games of 2012, it is interesting exactly which games placed where when you compare sales figures throughout the year.
Let’s take a few examples shall we? Which sold more? Mario Kart 7 or Lego Batman 2: DC Super Heroes? If you said Mario Kart 7 then you were incorrect. Lego Batman 2: DC Super Heroes or Sleeping Dogs? The later is incorrect. How about Lego Batman 2: DC Super Heroes or Battlefield 3? Once again Lego Batman 2: DC Super Heroes emerges triumphant. In fact, the game placed as the twelfth best-selling game of 2012 in the UK. Were you are surprised as we are?
